Community projects can include community groups, social spaces, or simply places of gathering. They typically have complex stakeholder relationships and unique bureaucracy attached to funding streams. Often they also bring together groups with little experience of the process of building. These factors, and others, can profoundly effect the pacing and service requirement of the project. As a result community projects require a flexible, bespoke service rather than a traditional architecture service.

re|form have worked on projects with numerous complex client bodies, including the Scouts, and village church groups, supporting funding applications, as well as building and maintenance services. We also have in-house experience of researching consultation skills methodologies for architecture design.

We can tailor our workflow to the needs of the project's funding checkpoints, while providing key assistance and advice when needed.
